I sat in my tent on the dark night, the stars were shining and the sky was clear; for long have we waited for this fight. For centuries we Romans have been fighting these barbarians, these vile wretches who switch sides and murder our countrymen. But next day they will get what is coming to them…a spear through their cold and evil hearts, and the clashing of swords and shields. Oh yes Persia feel our armies plunge upon you once again. I fell silent and into sleep, waiting for the next day.

Not sure which time period this is meant to be but will asume the Persian army is as usual - numerous and rubbish!

I look through the dense, dingy fog, across the plain and gaze at the Roman tents. These Romans, ignorant fools, never appreciated the value of numbers. Soon, I, and the mighty Persian Army will pour down upon them; slashing through their ranks. We will deliver the decisive blow into the heart of the decrepid Roman empire - a shadow of its former glory. Oh yes, the power of Persia will pulse through the rubbish Romans and vanquish them to the lands below. As for their leaders: I will deal with them myself.
