Is your best friend the pint of Ben & Jerry's in your freezer? Maybe that's a little over the top, but admit it — you've got a serious thing for snacks and getting strung out on sugar is all the high you'll ever need. That's okay, though, it fits your pleasure-seeking, feel-good personality to a T. Now, we're sure you know the dangers of eating too many cupcakes, right? And we aren't just talking about fitting into those skinny jeans. Sure there's more to life than watching your cholesterol and counting calories, but considering your health every now and again can't hurt. Maybe just try to limit yourself to one — okay, two — or maybe three — snack attack sessions a day. And try to keep at least some of them healthy, okay? What makes me laugh is that I am fit, and secondly I am not fat and never have been, and lastly I don't see how having an ice cream once every two weeks is a bad thing.
